This August, Le Méridien signature restaurant and bars features specialty Singaporean Chilli Crab, to Indonesia’s 68 years Merdeka Buffet and a traditional family dining the Balinese way.

Chilli crab is a seafood dish popular in Singapore, commonly served with delectable sweet and savoury tomato with Chilli based sauce. Taste freshly local mud crab, prepared to recipe perfection by our Executive Chef Paul Lewis. Half-kilo of this Singapore’s most popular delicacy at IDR 250.000 net per portion, served with free flow of Lemon Grass Iced Tea (available for lunch or dinner).

Celebrate Indonesia’s 68 years of independence with flavors, our culinary team head by Executive Chef Paul Lewis is pulling all the stop to prepare a rich selection of cuisine from the Indonesian archipelago. Merdeka Buffet is served at IDR 225.000 net per person and with free flow of iced tea (available for dinner only). Add another IDR 200.000 net per person for free flow of sparkling wine and local beer.
