A “Hotel within a Hotel” Elevated Experience

What differentiates Ritz-Carlton hotels and resorts from other luxury competitors in Asia Pacific? For many business and leisure travelers the answer is simple — The Club floor accommodations and amenities. Featuring many special services and privileges, The Club Elevated experience offers the comfort, convenience and privacy of a “hotel within a hotel.”

Located on the upper floors of each hotel across the region, The Ritz-Carlton Club is not just about luxurious surroundings. The services, including five complimentary food and beverage presentations daily, also provide added value to a stay by solo business travelers or families on vacation. The focal point of The Ritz-Carlton Club is a spacious lounge area, furnished to resemble a comfortable, homely living area and well stocked with books and a variety of international magazines and newspapers. A dedicated concierge is always on duty to meet any needs from hard-to-get restaurant reservations to assistance with changing airline flights. Only guests registered on Club level can access the floor through use of a special elevator key, ensuring a sense of personal security.

The design and layout of The Club varies from location to location. For business guests needing a quiet meeting space, a portion of The Club in The Ritz-Carlton, Jakarta Mega Kuningan offers complimentary private meeting room with skyline view and billiard room for guest to refresh. While every Wednesday evening, club guest can savor in the special modern European live cooking by Chef Jordi Bernus’ team. The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place is a place for those who prefer to have the comfort of home while indulging in the legendary personal service, at the 21st floor of its Club Lounge, the guests can experience The Art of Cocktail every Saturday night, where they can sip many varieties of cocktail served in tasting glass by the mixologist. While at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong guests can enjoy their breakfast while overlooking the Hong Kong island 116 floors below.

Accommodations on The Ritz-Carlton Club include both deluxe rooms and suites; immediate complimentary pressing or steaming of clothes upon arrival is all part of the service, returned to you within an hour.

The food and beverage presentations are one of the prime attractions of staying on The Club level. Hot breakfast buffets with an array of typical morning fare of cereal, pastries, fresh fruit, local delicacies and live cooking. At lunchtime, small sandwiches and tasty salads are served. Afternoon tea is a respite from the day served from 2.30- 4.30pm – three-tiers of scones, finger sandwiches and desserts with an extensive choice of international tea selections. When the work or play day is over, The Club invites guests for cocktails and pre-dinner snacks. Before retiring for the evening, The Club features cordials and chocolates.

Extending comforts beyond the Club Lounge, guests can request barista-made coffee or loose-leaf tea, served direct to guestrooms within 10 minutes at any hour of the day or night. In addition, for short trips in the vicinity of the hotel, a complimentary chauffeur-driven Club limousine is on stand-by to drive guests from 7am-10pm daily.

When it’s time to leave, simple check-out at the Club Lounge is a breeze, with pre-arranged billing procedures and personal send-off with a small departure souvenir.
