As a small country with a population of just over 4 million, New Zealand is known for its stunningly diverse natural beauty and genuine hospitality, making New Zealand the ideal destination for Indonesian families looking for a rejuvenating holiday. Holiday-makers can enjoy a scenic boat cruise, or adrenaline-pumping jet boat ride, encounters with rare wild- life, followed by a meal of fresh produce and New Zealand wine, all within very close proximity. As well as the breath-taking natural landscapes, New Zealand’s towns and cities offer cultural experiences through its galleries, museums and shopping.
The country’s largest
city is Auckland, a city full of diversity and jam-packed with activities to
suit all weather conditions and tastes. The capital city Wellington is also New
Zealand’s film and cultural hub, and the home of Sir Peter Jackson’s studio
Weta Workshop, which worked on The Lord of the Rings. Christchurch is known as
the Garden City, and the surrounding Canterbury region is also the gateway to
Mt Cook/Aoraki National Park. Queenstown is the Adventure Capital of New
Zealand, and a picture-perfect mountain resort town known for bungy jumping and
