Sky Express Lunch @ Kahyangan, Pullman Jakarta Indonesia


Pullman Jakarta Indonesia reintroduces Sky Express Lunch menu created by recently appointed new Resident Japanese Chef Sato Toshihiko at its signature restaurant, Kahyangan Shabu-shabu and Teppanyaki.

Inspired by the 28 to 30th floor location above the ground at Wisma Nusantara building, Kahyangan means “heaven” or “sky”, the restaurant has become the institution of Japanese culinary featuring the city’s best shabu-shabu experience and later on Teppanyaki, enhanced with passion and creativity. Focused on the innovative flair of his menu which is inspired by his beloved home in Japan and the bustling Jakarta city, each dish is presented in a refined manner. Sky Express Lunch is curated thoughtfully to present a dining experience when time is not the luxury the patrons have, but the whole dining experience on the sky is assured to be enjoyable and fulfilling at the legendary Kahyangan.


Launching on 1 April 2016, savour the best of fine Japanese cuisine that uses unparalleled traditional cooking techniques; highlighted with the immense diversity of ingredients and coupled with an ambiance of contemporary architectural style and modern sophistication. The lunch on the sky will commence with a subtle, yet flavourful Green Salad with egg custard and caviar, savoured with the variety of texture from the assorted deep fry. Chef Sato’s main course dishes include a Kaisen Teppanyaki, sautéed Norwegian salmon, delicious scallop and prawn two ways and a tactile sensation from the renowned ponzu sauce. Another choice of main dish will be Gyu Mizore, a glorious Australian beef steak with radish ponzu sauce. Miso soup and rice will complement every main course choice. Conclude your lunch with refreshing green tea ice cream, a Kahyangan signature. The set lunch is priced at IDR 120,000 ++ per person and offered from 12 pm to 2.30 pm daily.
