More than 30 wedding vendors will be gathered during the three-day event, displaying the latest trends for souvenirs, invitations, cakes, photography, videography and more.




On the 26th floor, the glassed-in terrace of the Penthouse suites will also be available for viewing upon request. Featuring panoramic views of Jakarta’s skyline, the Penthouse terrace is a lovely alternative for more intimate wedding ceremonies and celebrations.

Woman & Bridal Collection Autumn Winter 2016/2017

Japonaiserie menjadi kata yang mewakili inspirasi utama koleksi terbaru dari Andreas Odang yang akan dipresentasikan pada malam pembukaan Grand Hyatt Jakarta Wedding Fair 2016  3 Juni 2016. Japonaiserie merupakan sebuah gaya di dalam bidang seni yang merefleksikan kualitas estetika dan budaya khas negeri Jepang, dapat berupa motif ataupun obyek dekoratif yang memiliki gaya tersebut. Selain itu kata Japonaiserie juga lekat dan mulai popular saat Vincent van Gogh, pelukis post-impressionist asal Belanda, menggunakan istilah tersebut dalam mengekspresikan pengaruh seni budaya dari Jepang.

Ada alasan tersendiri Odang lebih memilih Japonaiserie alih-alih mengangkat budaya dan tradisi Jepang secara langsung. Ketika memulai koleksi ini, Odang terinspirasi dan tertarik dengan kain jacquard dengan motif kimono Jepang dan juga dengan beberapa motif dengan desain kontemporer khas Jepang yang dia temukan dan digunakan di dalam koleksinya kali ini. Alasan lainnya adalah Odang juga ingin memperlihatkan pengaruh dan inkulturasi budaya Jepang di budaya barat, yang mana garis potongan dan gaya busana yang Odang tawarkan masih dipengaruhi gaya klasik cantik Eropa dengan twist detail dan motif pengaruh dari gaya seni budaya Jepang.

Di dalam koleksi dengan total jumlah 30 set busana yang terbagi di dalam 21 set busana gaun cocktail dan gaun malam serta 9 set busana gaun pengantin, kali ini Odang lebih menitikberatkan dalam pengaplikasian motif dan pengeksplorasian tailoring ke dalam potongan gaun klasik yang cantik. Potongan yang terstruktur dan H-line, detail jatuh garis belakang kerah kimono, dan potongan panjang rok 7/8 merupakan beberapa contoh interpretasi Odang selain pengaplikasian motif di dalam menerapkan esensi Japonaiserie ke dalam koleksinya dan juga untuk memberikan kesan modern di dalam potongan dasar busana bergaya klasik dan elegan.

Marhaban Ya Ramadan! Menyambut datangnya bulan suci ini, Palalada dan Waroeng Kopi telah mempersiapkan set menu spesial yang bisa dinikmati, 8 Juni – 5 Juli 2016 (Menu Ramadan) dan 6-7 Juli 2016 (Menu Idul Fitri).

“Di tahun kedelapan ini, kami menyuguhkan masing-masing dua menu spesial Ramadan di Palalada dan Waroeng Kopi. Bersinggungan dengan momen ulang tahun Jakarta, salah satu menu yang disajikan terinspirasi dari kekayaan kuliner Jakarta,” ujar Widyastuti Hadisoemarto, Kitchen Coordinator Palalada dan Waroeng Kopi.

Paket Ramadan A di Restoran Palalada, terdiri atas Kolak Campur sebagai tajil, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan makanan utama Nasi Uduk yang disajikan lengkap dengan lauk seperti Semur Iga Sapi Kentang, Gurame Goreng Sambal Mangga, Tempe Goreng Tepung, Teri Kacang, Telor Dadar Isi, Acar Kuning dan Lalapan. Hidangan penutupnya adalah Es Palalada.

Paket Ramadhan B terdiri atas Kolak Campur sebagai tajil, Nasi Daun Jeruk dengan lauk pendukung Empal Gepuk, Ayam Woku Suwir, Sambal Goreng Udang, Tempe Orek, Tumis Nangka Muda dan Sambal Matah. Hidangan ditutup dengan Serabi Es Puter. Minuman yang disajikan adalah teh panas. Kedua set menu ini bisa dinikmati dengan harga Rp120.000,++/ orang. “Nasi Daun Jeruk adalah menu nasi andalan terbaru Palalada. Tak hanya lezat, Nasi Daun Jeruk juga punya aroma yang khas,” lanjut Widyastuti.

Waroeng Kopi juga memiliki dua set menu spesial Ramadan. Paket A terdiri dari Kolak Campur sebagai tajil, Nasi Uduk dengan lauk Ayam Goreng Ungkep, Semur Telor Pindang, Tahu Tempe Goreng, Bihun Goreng dan lalapan untuk hidangan utama. Sebagai penutup, Waroeng Kopi menghidangkan Selendang Mayang. Hadir dengan sedikit variasi, menu Paket B terdiri dari Kolak Campur sebagai tajil, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan makanan utama Nasi Kuning Campur yang disajikan dengan lauk spesial seperti Ayam Suwir Sambal Matah, Sambal Goreng Ati Ampela, Bihun Goreng, Perkedel dan Emping. Menu penutupnya adalah Es Podeng. Minuman yang disajikan adalah teh panas. Harga untuk kedua set menu ini adalah Rp95.000,++.

“Ketupat sudah pasti menjadi elemen utama di menu Idul Fitri, baik di Palalada maupun Waroeng Kopi. Untuk menu Idul Fitri di Palalada, saya menggabungkan cita rasa kuliner Jawa dan Padang. Sedangkan di Waroeng Kopi, cita rasa yang disajikan terinspirasi dari kuliner Jawa dan Manado. Sesuatu yang berbeda dibandingkan dengan menu Idul Fitri yang awam,” jelas Widyastuti.

Menu Idul Fitri di Palalada terdiri dari Es Buah Segar, Ketupat yang disajikan dengan Rendang Bukittinggi, Ayam Opor Sambal Ijo, Sambal Goreng Udang ditambah telur puyu dan kentang, Gulai Daun Singkong, Bakwan Jagung, Emping dan Sambal. Es Tape Palalada menjadi hidangan penutupnya. Menu ini bisa dinikmati dengan harga Rp120.000,++. Waroeng Kopi akan menyajikan set menu khusus yang terdiri atas Es Timun Suri, Ketupat dengan Sambal Goreng Udang Bumbu Kuning, Ayam Bakar Woku Ijo, Sambal Goreng Perintil, Sayur Labu, Tahu Telur dan Kerupuk Bawang.
