Wendy Lewis and Randy Ray is the founder of Jeunesse Global. They are CEO & COO of Jeunesse who has received many awards, one of them "Businessman of the Year" in 2003 and 2004. Randy alone has over 42 years of experience in the computer industry. and Randy industry directly involved with Multi Level Marketing (MLM) or Direct Selling (DS) since 20 years ago. Vincent Giampapa, M.D.
Vincent C. Giampapa, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a Board Certified Plastic Reconstructive Surgeon as well as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Rutgers University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

He is also the Director of the Plastic Surgery Center Internationalé and The Giampapa Institute for Anti-Aging Medical Therapy in Montclair, New Jersey. While he currently serves as a medical spokesman and advisor for Jeunesse, he has worked as a consultant for NASA in prior years.

Dr. Giampapa received his M.D. degree from Mt. Sinai Medical School in New York, New York. The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place will excite its valuable guest to indulge in the exquisite gastro arts journey of South American cuisine by Chef Cris Encina from "Pica" Ubud, Bali on 29th July 2016 at Pacific Restaurant and Lounge. Chef Cris will present 6-course dinner paired with Chilean and Argentinian wines.

The South American cuisine known for its vibrancy, variety and uniqueness. Cris, a Chilean born Chef heads up Pica, rated as one of Ubud’s top ten restaurants, will feature dishes both contemporary and from his Grandmother. He will combine the exotic taste of Peruvian cuisine with the luxury dining experience that will bring “Sabor Latino” to the next level.

Cristian Encina
Chilean born Chef, Cristian Encina, had his first taste of the kitchen at age 13 working at his father’s popular lunch eatery in Santiago. Following his lifelong passion for cooking he completed his culinary training in Valencia, Spain and then continued to develop and refine his skills in fine-dining restaurants in Chile, New Zealand and Australia. Since 2012, Cristian has called Bali home and is now committed to recreating and reinterpreting the diverse and evolving flavours of South America in his newly established Ubud restaurant, PICA South American Kitchen. PICA South American Kitchen celebrates the unique culinary expressions across the great continent, with a focus on the bold flavours of Peruvian cuisine. Cristian’s playful and sincere approach to cuisine is expressed in every element of his dishes, from technique to texture and colour. He determinedly seeks creativity and balance in the kitchen but remains above all, committed to flavour.

Restaurateurs Cristian Encina and Monica Fernandez first met as travellers in Bali and two years ago established Ubud’s only South American restaurant, Pica South American Kitchen. Since opening their doors two years ago, the 24-seat restaurant has welcomed and hosted over 10,000 diners from across the world.

Born in Santiago, Chile, Chef Cristian Encina began his culinary training in Santiago and completed it in Valencia, Spain. Encina worked in fine-dining restaurants in Chile, Spain, New Zealand and Australia before moving to Bali in 2012.

Encina is passionate about exposing people to the diversity and quality of South American food. The vibrant international community in Bali makes it a perfect stage for this endeavour. “I am very proud to see the response of people to these flavours I have grown up with.” said Encina. “South American food is different from country to country, of course, but when you look beyond its differences, it is fresh, somehow simple and complex, and all the time intriguing. It’s very exciting for me to explore and re-interpret the rich diversity of South American cuisine.

“We visit different parts of the sub-continent across our menu but Peruvian cuisinee takes center stage. The bold and bright flavours of Peru are perfect for the tropical climate in Bali.

Pica is their first restaurant and co-owners Encina and Fernandez are involved in every detail of its daily operations. “It’s a very personal project for us and we’re committed to ensuring consistency of quality across all aspects of the guest experience.” said Encina

Like Pica’s food menu, the drink list is limited but carefully considered. There is a focus on new world wines from South America, but also from Australia and New Zealand.

Pica’s design is simple and clean. Details suggest a space that is South American without the kitsch or cliches. But while Pica’s flavours are distinctly South American, the space is designed with a Balinese sensibility. “We wanted to share and preserve what we love most about Bali - its warm and natural aesthetics, timeless simplicity, and relaxed tropical feel.
