A newly crafted menu designed to excite your taste buds; Chef Jordi’s creations are exclusively served at Lobo Restaurant.

Derived from the Italian words “articiocco” and “articolos”, historically, artichokes are believed to be one of the world’s healthiest vegetables in existence. With its medicinal benefits and diuretic properties, it provides high in antioxidants, act as a detoxifier for the liver, improves digestion, and even assists in cancer prevention as well as treatments. Renowned for its mild vegetable flavor, it’s truly a flexible ingredient for any style of cooking which is also rich in vitamins that completes your body nutrition with every bite.

Chef Jordi and his culinary team present an adventurous set menu for artichoke lovers, which are as appetizing for first timers. Carefully structured to enhance your gastronomic experience, the set menu consists of a five-course meal integrated with artichokes from tapas to main course.

Begin with a bite of the appetizer of fried artichokes accompanied with mojo picon, spice sauces made of fresh Canary Island paprika, then get enlightened by the salad special made of artichoke confit with homemade ricotta, honey and sundried tomatoes. As a flavor addition to the set menu, Chef Jordi has put together a cold artichoke soup with tempura caviar, beetroot and sesame that succulently sets to melt in your mouth. To start the mains, Chef Jordi brings a Catalonian favorite “arros caldos”, also known as traditional rice dish sautéed with fresh artichokes, Canadian lobsters and lobster bisque. Finally, the much-anticipated main course of grilled Iberico Pluma served with heart artichoke and surrounded with juicy gammon broth.
