Chef Avtar Singh Rana as the expatriate Executive Chef at Ganesha ek Sanskriti Yogyakarta is going to escorting you to an exceptional culinary journey of Indian spices & recipes, every weekdays from 11.00 – 15.00 & 17.30 – 22.00 and weekend until 23.00 local time. From Tandoori delicacies to special Biryani rice and Vegetarian Handi dishes to non vegetarian curry dishes, are all available for lunch & dinner time at the restaurant within range of IDR 25.000 until IDR 200.000 per portion. The fresh ingredients & vegetables, original Indian spices, authentic recipes, no preservatives & MSG with all home-made organic yogurt are the main factor of legendary best taste of Ganesha ek Sanskriti.

Mrs. Shilpa Dave, The CEO whom also a dietician will always ensure the high level hygienic cooking conditions with priority to the nutrition value at all dishes. She also takes care of the health aspects into the food by incorporating lower fats while preserving the taste of the food. In June 2003, Ganesha ek Sanskriti which means (Ganesha – A Culture) settled for the first time at Center Park BRI II Building.

Then in 2007, at Kemang, Ganesha ek Sanskriti open their second outlet. And recently in 2012, they are expanding to Dallas Texas, USA with restaurant capacity of 200 persons. While in near future, Ganesha is keen to open a 600 sqm outlet in Ubud on January 2014; which known as the cultural-literary center of Indonesia.
