RIVA Reborn with New Concept of Grill Bar & Terrace

The Park Lane Jakarta is proudly re-opening RIVA on the evening of April 2nd as a great venue to dine, drink and party.  Incorporating Grill, Bar, Lounge with two undercover outdoor terraces, one facing the street and one with views to the Hotel’s lagoon style pool, featuring alfresco dining, lounge seating and large screen to show special events.

Wine cabinets dominate the entrance to the main dining room with its open kitchen and private room. The bar and lounge are the perfect spots to meet & mingle while enjoying drinks or small plates.

The Executive Chef, Deden Gumilar leads a kitchen brigade who have all trained under previous Michelin Star experienced French Chefs de Cuisine. The new menu includes steaks from the Grill, wood oven pizzas as well as past favorites pan seared foie gras and mouth-watering souffl├ęs. Arnaud Novian, recently appointed as Riva Manager, is responsible for service and guest relations. With his more than 9 years professional experience in Food & Beverage, Arnaud is very excited to show off the new Riva to past guests and introduce it to those visiting for the first time.
