The Royale Brunch @ The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan

Chef de Cuisine, Jordi Bernus, introduces The Royale Brunch, an exclusively crafted gastronomical journey, representing his career through Europe’s finest restaurants. Bringing together the finest farm-to- table ingredients accompanied by imported delicacies he has yet again redefined the luxury of Sunday Brunch. In this royal afternoon, guests will indulge in a six-course set menu with a selection of pass-around dishes that are carefully crafted with the premium freshness of ingredients for a tantalizing dining experience. A fresh flow of Moët & Chandon champagne, selections of premium wines and beverages are also served throughout the brunch. A new luxuriating Sunday awaits.

The Royale Brunch features starters of Prawn Carpaccio, Porcini truffle foam with slow cooked egg and oscietra caviar and Panfried duck liver with mango relish ant onion tatin. The pan fried duck liver will be prepared table side with the live cooking as a theatrical experience from our culinary team. As for the main course, guest can select menus from Japanese Seabass (suzuki), Iberico Pork (pluma)or US Prime Striploin with gratin potato and tomato provencals, served with a choices of Lobo’s siganture sauces. For a sweet ending, indulge in imported Cheese selections of three kinds of duck liver terrine as well as a choice of Melted chocolate cake with nitro-vanilla ice cream or Creme de Catalana foam, passion fruit and tempura chocolate for dessert. As special treat of pass-around dishes will be served throughout the brunch, each dish are prepared in surprise from a selection of Alaskan crab with avocado cannelloni, Crispy pork belly, European black mussels, Jamon Iberico “Pata Negra”, Bomba fried potato balls will also accompanying in-between the plate dishes.
