InterContinental Jakarta MidPlaza Prepares to Honour the Holy Month of Ramadhan

InterContinental Jakarta MidPlaza will honour the holy month of Ramadhan with a selection of special packages created with deep respect for the Islamic faith. Included is a generous buffet to break the fast after evening prayers and a range of gift hampers to celebrate the festive mood of this annual religious ritual.

From 28th June to 28th July 2014, the global Muslim community will fast between the hours of sunrise and sunset. Ramadhan is essentially a time of spiritual reflection to practice self-discipline and show empathy for those less fortunate.

Ramadhan hampers will be on sale exclusively at Deli throughout the holy month. These exquisitely wrapped packages will contain gourmet delicacies and traditional sweet treats to share with family, friends and work colleagues.

The hotel will also be breaking the fast daily at Rasa Restaurant after evening prayers with an extensive buffet of traditional cuisine from Indonesia and beyond. It will be an opportunity to gather with likeminded followers and enjoy a delicious meal in a relaxing setting. Dinner will be enhanced by live music and free flow tea is included for just Rp.328.000++ per person.

Additionally, business executives will be able to host meetings throughout the month of Ramadhan with a choice of half day and full day packages. InterContinental Jakarta MidPlaza’s versatile function rooms will also be available for corporate groups to pray and break the fast together.
