Bringing the best of the region, this culinary excitement showcases the flavorfully rich and hearty dishes of East European tradition. Exclusively crafted by Chef Rudolph Blattler, we invite you savor of the series of delightful East European cuisines served in lavish buffet spread starts from the delicate soups and appetizers, scrumptiously delish main course and carving station, to sinfully East European sweets.

Cuisine of East European features starters of Romanian Soup, hearty Crock Pot Soup and tasty Spring Lamb Sour Soup. For your meaty craving, savor the daily carving station variation of succulent Chicken Tamarillo, Pork Chop with Beers and Broiled Lamb Legs. The mouth-watering series main dishes consist of Beef Stroganoff serves with rice or mashed potato, smoky Moscow Chicken, flavourful Salmon Coulibiac; a type of western pie filled with salmon, vegetable and baked in buttery pastry shell, Roasted Pork Tenderloin that roasted with fragrant garlic and herbs, including the juicy Chicken Kiev and many more. Pastry Chef Hendri Chang will showcase East European dessert surprises that surely satisfy your sweet tooth craving.
