Diners in Riva will encounter many new menu items starting February 9th, 2015 as Deden Gumilar the hotel’s Executive Chef & his Riva Kitchen brigade, unveil their new dishes designed to appeal to a wide audience for the warmer months of Spring and Summer.
Although the Grill remains true as the best steak in town, we have added more than 10 new exciting dishes from the Sea, the Farm & the Garden including Pan Fried Barramundi; Black and white shimeji mushroom, green asparagus, blended leek and purple shallot – yellow root sauce, Braised Australian Lamb Foreshank; smokey garlic and potato mousseline with own jus, Spanish Potato Fritata; with mesclun salad and fresh tomato sauce.

On the entertainment side, meet our young and talented female Resident DJ, Aiu Kandi, a Miss Indonesia candidate & part of Fun Fearless Female Cosmopolitan. She performs 3 times a week on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday at Riva to entertain Bar & Lounge guests from 9pm onwards.
