international 4-star hotel located in Chinatown, presents Green Tea Marinated
Wagyu Steak from the skillful hands of Executive Chef, Sudaryanto.
Green Tea Marinated Wagyu Steak is a unique creation
that will excite your palate. Made with 180 grams of wagyu beef and served with
green tea mashed potatoes and our special sauce. This succulent dish will tempt
your tastebuds. Marinated for up to 5 hours with a mixture of black tea, green
tea, apple sauce, garlic and soy sauce. The tender wagyu beef is then cooked to
your preference. To complement the beef, on the side, is the green tea mashed
potato, made using mashed potatoes which are blended with green tea powder,
cream sauce and butter.
The succulent wagyu beef offers a juicy and savory
taste of green tea from the first bite. To accompany the dish, the side special
sauce is made using a mixture of plums, black tea, green pepper and balsamic
vinegar for a slightly spicy and sour taste.
Green Tea Marinated Wagyu Steak is available at Joe’s
Grill, located at lobby level. This dish is being introduced throughout May and
June for only Rp198,000++ including a complimentary hot tea for your
enjoyment. Joe’s Grill serves a variety
of grilled dishes at their best from 11 am until 12 pm daily and offers a
comfortable ambiance for guests to dine or drinks with friends and colleagues.
