Narayan has prepared a variety of signature dishes from Northern India with
favorites such as Nazboo Paneer Lababdar, a Tandoor glazed Cottage Cheese with
tomato gravy and cashew nuts; Kashmiri Gosht, marinated lamb cubes with Indian
brown curry; and Butter Chicken, Tandoori chicken with rich tomato fondue and
sweet fenugreek.
