Kayuputi, the beachfront fine dining restaurant at Bali’s finest address, The St. Regis Bali Resort, is once again going to hold a bespoke wine dinner on Saturday, 28 November 2015, to celebrate its achievement in the Wine Spectator’s Award, granted in August earlier this year.
Kayuputi is the first restaurant in Indonesia to have earned the worthy accolade of the Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence for five years in a row. The renowned award-winning wine list, which showcases over 400 wines from across the world, was recognized for the 5th consecutive year in August 2015.
In honor of this extraordinary achievement, Kayuputi invites you to delight in a celebratory dinner composed of a six-course menu carefully hand crafted by the ingenious culinary team of Kayuputi, led by Chef de Cuisine Ketut Gunatika under the guidance of Executive Chef Agung Gede. There will be a special wine pairing thoughtfully selected by Chief Sommelier, Harald Wiesmann, using six of the most cherished vintages.
The world-class wine experience will truly be an unforgettable celebration, beginning with Champagne and canapés at 7PM before dinner starts at 7:30PM. The six-course degustation menu with wine pairing is offered at IDR 2,700,000 net per person, where each guest will receive 2 exclusive wine glasses by Riedel.
