One of Jakarta’s most
authentic Chinese restaurants, Xin Hwa is proud to introduce a new dim sum
brunch; presented by newly appointed Chinese Executive Chef, Chang See Loy.
Guests can enjoy a wide selection of delectable dim sum prepared à la minute
starting on Fridays.
Having established his
culinary career in Singapore, Chef Loy brings more than 12 years of experience
in fine dining restaurants in various destinations, such as Bali and Dubai.
Passionate in creating innovative yet authentic dim sum, he looks forward to
share his creations of hand- made steamed and fried dumplings.
“From the various
selections of dim sum, I recommend the squid ink, seafood and fish roe dumpling,”
said Chef Loy, who has been a member of Singapore’s Chefs Association and
Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, when asked of his recommendations. “For those who
prefer a more distinctive taste they can choose the Angus beef with ginger
onion dumpling,” he added.
Other highlights to look
out for include the spinach and crabmeat dumpling, crystal dried scallop
seafood with black bean dumpling and crispy shrimp dumpling. To enhance the
palate, Chef Loy whipped two signature sauces; XO Dry Scallop Chili Sauce and
Sweet and Sour Yellow Bean Chili Sauce. Both sauces are crafted to complement
the dim sum brunch experience, leaving guests wanting more.

Dim Sum Brunch at Xin Hwa
is available from Friday to Sunday. The offer is priced at IDR288,000 nett per
person for over 35 selections of steamed dim sum; deep and pan fried dim sum;
congee and soup; noodles, rice & vegetables; and dessert.

this new dim sum brunch concept. It is the only all-you-can-eat dim sum brunch
in town where each dish is freshly made to orders and served from the kitchen.

starts early in the week so guests do not have to wait until the weekend to
