After the success of hosting the
Cristal Champagne and Caviar dinner last year in June 2015, The St. Regis Bali
Resort proudly presents another extraordinary champagne dinner, this time in
collaboration with the renowned French luxury goods company LVMH Moët Hennessy
Louis Vuitton SE. The St. Regis Exceptional Champagne Journey will be held in
Kayuputi restaurant on Saturday, 14 May 2016 from 7 PM onwards.
The St. Regis Exceptional
Champagne Journey – as the name suggest, will allow guests to be taken on a
journey to explore different varieties of the world’s most prestigious
champagnes. From distinguished brands such as La Grande Dame, Krug, Ruinart, to
the most prestigious Dom Pérignon and Dom Pérignon Rosé, each of them will be
paired courses from a six course degustation menu, crafted and prepared with
only the finest ingredients by Executive Chef Agung Gede.

The St. Regis Exceptional
Champagne Journey will be curated by Kayuputi chief sommelier, Harald Wiesmann,
and expertly co-hosted by Mr. Alistair Toyne, ambassador for LVMH Bali.
This bespoke event will begin
with champagne and aperitifs from 7 PM at Kayuputi Bar. Limited seats are
available for this exclusive event. The six-course degustation menu with
champagne pairing is priced at IDR 3,900,000 net per person. Reservations can
