Satoo at Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta Presents Ocean’s Magnificence

The sumptuous and fresh taste of seafood is now available for Thursday dinners during Seafood Night at Satoo, the international open-kitchen restaurant at Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta. Guests can enjoy an added variety of the magnificent seafood selections at all the buffet stations.

Delicacies of the sea ranging from delectable blue swimmer crabs and king crab legs, mouth-watering crayfish and tiger prawn are available in cold dishes, along with the freshness of pacific oyster and clam razor, at the buffet station. Diners may indulge in seafood dishes, such as Seafood Thermidor and Salmon Roll in Spicy Hollandaise Sauce as appetiser, and a Whole Cajun-Roasted Salmon with Duo of Tomato Quinoa Risotto as main. A selection of grilled seafood, such as baby fish, baby calamari, seafood skewer are paired with array of delicious and savoury sauces ranging from peanut sauce, spicy sweet soya sauce and Thai chilli sauce.

Guests with an appetite for Asian taste can enjoy Singaporean Chilli Crab and Seafood Kway Tiao from the shi-fu’s hot wok, Mixed Seafood Tempura and Prawn Skewer marinated with Miso as the delicacies from Japan and Fish Curry, Pan-Fried Fish, Seafood Curry, Prawn Tandoori and Biryani for the Indian spice lovers.

Those seeking to indulge in seafood with a lighter taste can titillate their appetite with Seafood Ceviche, Prawn Cocktail Fruit Mayo Wasabi, Seared Baby Fish in Tomato Sauce, Smoked Salmon Rose with Caper Berries, Seared Ahi Tuna with Red Tobikko Cream Yuzu Dressing, Rolled Mop/Herring with Onion Mayo Yogurt and Smoked Mackerel.

Seafood Night is all about the flavourful, opulent taste of the sea guests can partake in every Thursday night for only Rp352,000++ per person. A house-wine buffet in which guests can choose from any of the free-flowing wines is available at Rp300,000++ person; the rates are Rp500,000++ for a bottle and Rp120,000++ for a glass of wine.
