Where can you enjoy the traditions of Christmas and the New
Year but still have plenty of fun? Canggu landmarks, the recently opened Finns Beach Club and Canggu Club has festive season
celebrations all wrapped up for 2016. Whether you are looking for a place to
party hard or a more family friendly affair, these two popular venues have
something for everyone.
Christmas Bali Style at the Canggu Club means the family can enjoy Splash Water Park anytime
from 9am until 6pm. There is no need to stress about your arrival time since
the all day buffet lunch starts at noon and includes all the Christmas food
favourites – Oven roasted turkey, pork, beef, ham and vegetables. Plus
delicious desserts such as plum pudding, pavlova, apple pie and a chocolate
fountain.
With prices as low as Rp 600K per adult for CC members, or
Rp 900K for non CC members including the entry to Splash Water Park.
Share the love and celebrate Christmas with the kids from
Jodie O’Shea Orphanage. Live
entertainment continues throughout the afternoon, Santa might just make an
appearance and everyone is welcome to stay on into the evening to enjoy
Starlight Movies and S’mores.
Fast forward a little over a week to the first day of 2017
and I’ll bet you’ll be looking for somewhere to soak up the previous evening’s
‘festivities’ and celebrate New Year’s Day with a hearty feed. Bistro C at The Canggu Club is serving casual brunch
from 10am -2pm for just Rp400K per adult (less for the littler ones of course).
Take advantage of an air conditioned or al fresco dining experience complete
with all of the best tunes from the year that was, drink specials to top up the
celebrations and a ton of fun and games, family style.
Not just for Canggu
Club members, walk ins are welcome and day passes to stay and play at
Splash Water Park are readily available for non Canggu Club members.
Looking for a party that’s a little more lively? Perhaps
Finns is more your speed. Just a little way down the road from The Canggu Club at Berawa Beach is Bali’s
newest offering in beach clubs - Finns (another gem in the Semara Collection
crown). With 2016 being Finns very first festive season, they’ve decided to
blast into 2017 with a two-day festival!
Their New Year’s Eve Party is strictly adults only with five
hours of late night fun from 10pm til 3am. It’s free entry for everyone and a
minimum F&B spend applies, the amount depending on how close you want to be
to the centre of the action, whether it be daybed, booth or bar. Dancers, DJs,
fireworks, stilt walkers and world class entertainment continues into the wee
hours so you can bring in the New Year Bali style at the hottest new venue on
the island. Don your swimwear and the desire to party!
Now we all know that a few too many bubbly beverages from
the night before can be cause for a little fogginess the following morning so
what better way to clear the head than with a recovery pool party back at Finns
on New Year’s Day. An all ages affair, this time the whole family can join the
fun from midday until midnight. Once again it’s free entry for everyone with
daybeds, booths and lounge areas requiring the predetermined minimum spend.
Keep youngsters entertained for the afternoon with family entertainment on the
lawn while the big kids ease back at the pool bar and dance to DJ sets until
well after the sun goes down.
Plan ahead this year and avoid the frustration of trying to
find somewhere to spend Christmas and New Year’s. To book online and secure
your spot at Bali’s best party venues this silly season or for full details
regarding all of these events, go to
Canggu Club cangguclub.com or Finns Beach Club finnsbeachclub.com. No need to look
any further, these guys have festive season celebrations wrapped and ready to
go!
