This April, C’s Steak & Seafood proudly host professional Canadian Chef Joan Monfaredi from Park Hyatt Toronto, who was named one of “Canada’s Rising Stars” in the hospitality industry by Hotelier Magazine and was twice named “Chef of the Year” for HyattTM hotels and resorts.
Chef Monfaredi bring her culinary creativity to the table,
combining the freshest and finest farm-to-table ingredients with her more than
