Shah Dillon joined William Grant & Sons (WGS) as its Regional Brand Champion in 2013. Founder and owner of Elite Bar Solutions, a Singapore-based company that provides cocktail and bar solutions for events, Shah oversees and leads his team in bartending and cocktail curation for William Grant & Sons’ brand activations across the region.
Only 17 then, Shah discovered his love for bartending while working part-time at bars and decided to pursue this passion by making it a full-time career.

With over 8 years of experience at some of the best bars in Singapore, Shanghai and Sydney, as well as the title of The Singapore National Cocktail Competition Champion in flair bartending under his belt, Shah is definitely no novice to the industry. The real buzz he gets from bartending however is not from these accolades but the interaction with the guests and the sense of satisfaction as he observes them savouring his cocktail creations.
Rum is this cocktail mixing enthusiast’s spirit of choice, and some of his favourites are Sailor Jerry and Santa Teresa. He also favours Scotch such as Monkey Shoulder, Lagavulin and Talisker when mixing cocktails.
Shah likes to keep his cocktails real without the fluff and pretense, something that also translates to his personality when he is not behind the bar. Coupled with the same genuine personality and insatiable thirst for living life to its fullest, Shah is often seen at the beaches mastering the complex techniques of surfing when he is not working his magic behind the bar.
