Journey to Lombok is a cultural and culinary adventure that
lets our guests explore the traditions of the Sasak people, native to Lombok.
The menu is designed with traditional recipes from Lombok, using local produce.
The traditional dance of Lombok is reminiscent of Balinese dance, with the
dancers wearing traditional costume and telling different stories through
dances which have been performed for generations during different ceremonies in
the Sasak culture.
