Food is at the heart of The Longhouse – guests can choose to dine in their suites or join the daily meals in The Longhouse dining room. From signature homemade Indonesian recipes to western and fusion dishes, the menus change daily and are made fresh on site by a team of passionate chefs.
In the evenings, guests are treated to a unique dining programme which changes each day to offer an innovative alternative to the traditional hotel restaurant experience – from garden barbecues to candlelit banquets, at The Longhouse.
Linda Nederkoon, Creator of The Longhouse, says ‘’We wanted to give independent travelers, couples and small groups the opportunity to experience The Longhouse without having to rent the entire villa. By introducing a boutique hotel concept, we can be flexible to all of our guest needs and ensure we raise the bar for luxury villa hospitality in Bali. We’ve been developing the concept for some time and are excited to be opening our doors as a boutique hotel and private villa in December’’.
The Longhouse boutique hotel and private villa opened in December 2017. Guests have the option to reserve individual rooms or the entire property – lending itself equally to romantic getaways or larger group holidays and wedding parties. Prices start from 190USD per night.
