To highlight the holy month of Ramadan 1435H, Hotel Gran Mahakam will be hosting “The Casablanca” as this year’s theme of festivity. To support the event, we invite media friends to gather and share the happiness in Fun Media Master Chef Competition on Tuesday, April 8th 2014 at The Gardenia, Hotel Gran Mahakam.
On this gathering, all participants were challenged to create a delightful Tajil (Ramadan’s fast breaking sweets) in 15 minutes and serve the dishes in front of the judges. The selected Tajil was judged according to their creativity, presentation, taste, tidiness and teamwork.
All contestants were excited and eager to win the Media Master Chef title. After judging process, Mrs. Ditri Abdullatief, Managing Editor Bacarat Indonesia & Editorial Director Augustman Indonesia and Mrs. Mimi Hudoyo, Editor of TTG Asia was chosen as the Fun Media Master Chef Winner. As our appreciation, the winning Tajil will be served during the Ramadan celebrations at Le Gran Café and they are also entitled to experience Hotel Gran Mahakam’s Suite Room.
