This October, The Sultan Hotel & Residence Jakarta presents a healthy and different irresistible Salmon dishes in incredible flavours. Fresh 180 gram pan-fried salmon will be plated with cream mustard sauce complemented with boiled potato, asparagus and fresh mix salad. Served by our dedicated culinary team from the heart, this scrumptious Sultan’s Salmon you can taste with only IDR 190,000++ per portion at Lagoon Cafe.

Another healthy yet tempting meal we can offer you is Tofu. Known as bean curd, tofu is a food made by coagulating soy milk and then pressing the resulting curds into soft white blocks. Because we know that one piece of tofu will never be enough, we let you experience the soft bite of it with delicious filling selections, from vegetable, salmon, chicken to beef.        

Not just that, we could provide you various kinds of tofu, such as silken tofu, egg tofu and Tahu Bandung; well-cooked based on guest request: steam or fried. Our Tofu Sensation in October will bring your taste buds back at Lagoon Lounge with only IDR 105,000++ per portion.  

Don’t forget we still have selections of beverages to accompany your dining experience. Dessert Breeze, along with the name, this cocktail will be cooling down the heat. It’s a flawless mix of vodka, ginger ale, fresh pineapple juice and wedge lime with only IDR 105,000++ per glass. Choice of mocktail is Surya Kencana, with only IDR 65,000++ per glass you can taste the combination of fresh papaya, yoghurt, fresh orange juice and honey.  

Fun fact for wine lover, a glass of sweet wine can activate the gustative softly prior to the meal as well as providing an enjoyable feeling after. Take a sip of Vina Ventisquero Quelat Gran Reserva Sauvignon Blanc 2011 & Vina Ventisquero Quelat Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 at our Lagoon Lounge with only IDR 165.000,++ per bottle, and IDR 135.000,++ per glass.
