Ahmad Nurseha, Chef de Cuisine Sea Grain has combined his great knowledge of fusion cooking – expertly and tastefully blending the flavor and spices of the Mediterranean with local. “Through local ingredients twisting, we can offer the selection of the best Mediterranean favorites that fit in both local and international taste in order to provide our guests a unique variety of flavor and a unforgettable culinary journey”, explains Chef Ahmad.
