Exotic Bamboo Dish, A Unique Flavour from Indonesia

The Media Hotel & Towers would like to gain your culinary repertoire by presenting Manado cuisine called Exotic Bamboo Dish. With the unique presentation, makes this menu became our signature dish. Food & Beverage Director of The Media Hotel & Towers, Indra L. Natawisastra said that our Exotic Bamboo Dish consist of several variant.

“It can be cooked with chicken, fish, duck, and either beef ribs. All cooked with unique process, with bamboo used for its shell. Served with white rice and authentic Indonesian sambal, makes our signatures dish a part of new menu for culinary lover,” he said.  

Sous Chef The Media Hotel & Towers, Arief Hermawan added that the typical of ‘Indonesian yellow spice’ and the flavor of banana leaf that wraps the main ingredient, will absolutely increases your appetite. “With the unique cooking process, not only bamboo used as a shell but also its burned above charcoal, make this dish has strong flavor and taste. Manadonesse commonly called this menu as ‘Ayam Dalam Buluh’,” he added.  

You can enjoy Exotic Bamboo Dish starting from Rp65.000++ per portion at the Breeze Café, located on the 6th floor The Media Hotel & Towers.
