Nasi Campur Ayam Betutu a la Kedewatan @ Harris Hotel Raya Kuta Bali

Indonesia as a country has a lot of traditional menus that come from each province. For travelers, both from domestic and international, traditional or typical food must be something that they are looking for while visiting one or more places. This is the reason why Harris Hotel Raya Kuta decided to choose “Nasi Campur Ayam Betutu a la Kedewatan” from Balinese traditional menu to deliver culinary pleasure to travelers when they are visiting Bali.  

Travelers can find the “Nasi Campur Ayam Betutu a la Kedewatan” menu in the Chef Suggestion’s Menu. This menu consists of ayam betutu (chicken cooked with special Balinese spices) and served with some condiments: various chicken, vegetables, fried nuts, sate lilit chicken and two special sambals with steamed rice.  

“Nasi Campur Ayam Betutu a la Kedewatan is a traditional cuisine from Kedewatan – Ubud (name of one famous village in Bali). It has a rich taste and spiciness from traditional Balinese seasonings. The presentation of our Nasi Campur Ayam Betutu a la Kedewatan really represents the original “Nasi Campur Kedewatan” from Kedewatan village,” said Chef Maleachi, the Executive Chef.

The tag line “Healthy Lifestyle Menu” means no MSG used, less sugar and salt, but still has delicious taste. Calories information is present in the entire menu as guideline for customers striving for healthy lifestyle.  

Harris Hotel Raya Kuta Bali has also launched a special traditional Indonesian menu to be found in every “Harris Cafe” across Harris Hotels in Indonesia by 2015.
